Day 1: Reykjavik

It was 6 PM when Tio Christopher came to the home of the Spann-Ryans. Tai Amri was frantically packing, trying to rid his mind of tales of Icelandic Vikings and the many betrayals and backstabbings of which their writings portrayed, primarily The Saga of Laxdaela, which told of the exploits of Gudrun Osviffirsdottir. Shannon was checking that all things were packed. Alanna Tai Amrisdottir, was wishing she were watching Yo Gabba Gabba on the tablet, and Nzinga Shannonsdottir, was wishing she was nursing. 6:45 was the time in which they entered the vehicle. International Travel dictated they be at the airport 2 1/2 hours before their flight. Upon arrival, the time was 7:45, but 2 hours ahead of departure, yet they were not permitted to pass through security for yet another 20 minutes, and so they sat quietly in the hallway of MCI. When they passed through security, a mere 10 minutes later, they sat again for another hour and saw not a single plane departure from the tiny Icelandair gate,
